Prices are in Euro  per week  from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates include:
- apartment rent
- costs for light, water and gas.
- daily floor cleaning
- complete kitchen furnishing.
- Kitchen and bathroom laundry
- cradle (if required)
- final cleaning (kitchen area rearrangement is provided by clients)
- 20 discount% on  beach umbrella rental ( in the line reserved for our clients in “Bagno delle Nazioni” private beach),in  use beach hut and changing room.

Arrival: Saturday afternoon from 4 pm to 9 pm.
Departure: Saturday morning within 10 am.

Reservation are accepted by telephone, fax or filling the format in our website.

Reservation are binding only after a deposit payment, by postal order, equal to 33% of the cost of the entire  period of stay.
Full payment on arrival (cash or cheque)
